Marcia Zipser Hefter

Marcia Hefter has been practicing with the firm since 1967, when she joined William Esseks upon graduating from New York University Law School.  She has since represented banks, buyers, and sellers on thousands of real estate transactions and has prepared or administered numerous estate and business plans, including the drafting and probating of hundreds of wills.  Mrs. Hefter has served on the Board of Directors of the Bridgehampton National Bank since 1988, served as its Vice-Chair from 2003-2008, and was appointed to serve as its Chairperson in April, 2008.  From 1991-2001, she also served on the Board of Directors of the Central Suffolk Hospital.  Her current practice areas include real estate, estate and business planning, tax planning, and estate administration.
