Nancy Silverman


Prior to relocating to New York, Nancy Silverman practiced law in the District of Columbia, as a prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice and then as a litigator with a Washington, D.C. firm.  She served as a law clerk to a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1991-1992, upon graduating from Brooklyn Law School.  Since joining the firm in 2004, she has represented clients in a variety of litigation areas, including contested wills, real property claims, and municipal land-use and zoning claims.
