Carmela M. Di Talia
Carmela Di Talia has been practicing law with the firm since 1996, after graduating from St. John’s University School of Law. She currently represents landowners, builders, and businesses in connection with all aspects of real estate and other transactions, including complex real estate sales, sales of businesses, formation of business entities, option agreements, easements, and leases. Ms. Di Talia also drafts and probates wills, and litigates disputes on behalf of her clients, including contested wills, accountings, and other matters before the Surrogate’s Court.
