Anthony C. Pasca


After graduating from Hofstra University Law School in 1995, Anthony Pasca practiced primarily in the area of appeals, drafting hundreds of appellate and complex motion briefs for attorneys in New York and throughout the United States.  Since joining the firm in 1998, he has continued his appellate practice and litigated cases on behalf of individuals, businesses, landowners, and municipalities, primarily in the areas of zoning, environmental, and municipal law, real estate transactions, wills, trusts and estates, real property claims, and constitutional land-use claims.  He also serves as special counsel to the Shelter Island Planning Board and represents landowners in connection with land development applications before municipal boards.
