Nica B. Strunk

Nica Strunk has been practicing with the firm since 1999, when she relocated from New York City to Long Island’s East End.  A graduate of Columbia Law School, Ms. Strunk has litigated a variety of civil actions in Federal and State courts, including disputed real estate contracts, title claims to real property, partition actions, and zoning, environmental, commercial and employment matters.  She also represents applicants for zoning and planning approvals, including complex land subdivisions.
