The firm has counseled executors and trustees and has probated wills in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court for over forty years. When controversies have arisen, the firm has represented heirs, beneficiaries, executors and trustees in connection with the ensuing litigation, such as will contests, will and trust construction proceedings, accountings, fiduciary claims, and related court proceedings. When appropriate, the firm has obtained the judicial appointment of guardians for incapacitated persons and minors.
