Martin R. Gilmartin Of Counsel

Martin R. Gilmartin joined the firm as “of counsel” in October, 2014. Following his admission to practice in December, 1970, Mr. Gilmartin served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a judge advocate and military judge for over four years on active duty followed by seventeen years in the Marine Corps Reserves. Upon leaving active duty in May, 1975 he returned to his home town of Southampton and started his private practice involving a wide variety of legal matters, eventually concentrating his practice in the areas of real estate transactions, zoning and planning and wills and estates.
Throughout his career Mr. Gilmartin has been active in his community as a member and officer in numerous business, charitable and community organizations.
