Megan E. Case Associate

Megan joined the firm’s litigation practice in 2023, after relocating from Maryland to her home in Long Island.

Megan received her B.A. from the liberal arts program at St. John’s College, Annapolis, in 2015. Prior to entering law school, she worked as Correspondence Manager of Constituent Services for Governor Larry Hogan, as well as Executive Assistant to Commissioner Michael Richard of the Maryland Public Service Commission. Megan received her J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law in 2022, where she completed the business law concentration. While in school, she worked as research assistant to Professor Goldberg for his upcoming book on business planning, interned with the Honorable Mark Cooks of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, and worked as law clerk at prominent litigation firm. She received the William P. Cunningham Award for her publication of the article “Google, Big Data, & Antitrust” in the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

Megan is a member of both the New York and Maryland Bar Associations and clerked for the Honorable Lynn Knight of the Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County, Maryland, for the 2022-2023 term.
