Marcia Hefter has been practicing with the firm since 1967, when she joined William Esseks upon graduating from New York University Law School. She has since represented banks, buyers, and sellers on thousands of real estate transactions and has prepared or administered numerous estate and business plans, including the drafting and probating of hundreds of wills. Mrs. Hefter is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of BNB Bank and has also served on the Board of Directors of the Central Suffolk Hospital. Her practice areas include real estate, estate and business planning, and tax planning.
