Patricia M. Carroll Of Counsel

Patty originally joined the firm in 2010.  Patty’s practice focuses on litigating real property disputes.  Patty represents individuals, businesses, landowners, farmers, and municipalities in such areas as title disputeszoningenvironmental, and municipal law.   Patty has also developed an extensive appellate practice.  Prior to joining the firm, Patty practiced law in Manhattan for 18 years.

Patty graduated cum laude from Colgate University in 1988, where she majored in French, with a minor in Economics.  She earned her JD in 1992 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was awarded the Dean Jefferson B. Fordham Human Rights Award, and co-founded Penn Advocates For The Homeless. During the year prior to law school, Patty attended the Université de Caen in Normandy, France as a Fulbright Scholar and she is fluent in French.

Patty is active in community and pro bono activities, and lives in Sayville with her family.
