Lisa joined the firm in October 2015 when she re-located from Manhattan, where she had practiced for over 15 years. Lisa is a member of the firm’s transactional practice, with a focus on estate planning, estate administration, general business operations and sales, and real estate transactions. Lisa counsels individuals regarding estate planning, which, in addition to the preparation of basic estate planning documents, includes the creation of various types of trusts, gifting, transfers and leases of real property, and the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and not-for-profit corporations. Lisa also represents and counsels buyers and sellers of residential real estate as well as fiduciaries in the probate of wills and administration of intestate estates.
As part of her corporate practice, Lisa represents business clients in the formation and ongoing operation of business entities, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses.
Lisa received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a Note Editor for the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal. Lisa was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997 and prior to joining the firm, had over 18 years of transactional experience practicing with international law firms and an international investment bank. Lisa was raised in Manorville and currently resides in Westhampton Beach with her husband.
