Deanna Cinquemani Associate

Deanna joined the firm’s estate planning practice in 2025. Deanna was born and raised on Long Island in a first-generation immigrant family, and she is fluent in Italian.

Deanna’s estate planning practice focuses on preparing core estate planning documents, including wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Health Care Proxies. She also advises clients on the creation and administration of various types of trusts. In addition, Deanna works with clients to preserve their assets and minimize estate taxes through the use of asset transfers and lifetime gifting transactions. Her practice is focused on helping clients plan for themselves and their families.

Deanna also assists clients in the formation and operation of business entities, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and not-for-profit corporations.

Deanna received her B.A. from Indiana University in 2019, where she was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society and the Gamma Kappa Alpha National Honor Society. In 2025, she received her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as Notes Editor on the Family Court Review and treasurer of the International Law Society. While in law school, Deanna interned in the legal department of a prominent Long Island accounting firm.

In 2024, her student note, “That’s Amore?: Intimate Partner Femicide in Italy and the failures of the Italian legislature to prevent violence against women” was published in Volume 62 of the Family Court Review.
